ErgoClock is a simple clock that reminds you of doing stretching exercises. These exercises provide a rest from your activities on the computer and help you improve your health considerably. You can configure the time interval in minutes for the exercises, and these will be shown in the taskbar with a brief description of them. However, if you wish to know more about the exercise, you can click the button "More info" and you will be shown the exercise in detail. Among the exercises you will find palm stretching, arm circles, triceps press, eye stretch, and wrist stretch, among many others. They are clearly shown and they are very easy, but really helpful.
The program also comes with a diary which keeps a record of your weekly exercises and shows you in which days you have exercised and in which you haven't. If you have exercised a lot, a smiling face will appear, and if you haven't, there will be a sad face. The user interface is nice and extremely simple, so anyone can use it.
In short, if you spend many hours working with the computer, ErgoClock may help you improve your health considerably completely for free.
